Our Pupcakes (and Chief Airyfairy) featured in the Manchester Evening News AND the South Manchester Reporter

BBC Radio Manchester asked us in to have a talk about our new shop, the economy and independent businesses - we were only too happy to have a chat, being the chatty type! You can hear again on the link below...

We were asked to make some cupcakes for a local lady who was to feature on ITV1s May the Best house Win. Well hers certainly was, as she did win! Our cupcakes had a nice little close up of their own too! Fame at last!

As part of West Didsbury's annual festival, WestFest, we were asked to host a cupcake decorating workshop for younger children. Great (and messy!) fun was had by all and lots of little ones took away boxes of cupcakes. Gorgeous Sophie (pictured below) was very pleased with hers and is now an honorary AiryFairy!

The Daily Mirror ran a feature in Oct 2010 on the growth of cupcakes, they featured us as one of the Northern suppliers! (pictured above far right)

We attended the Southport Food and Drink Festival in May 2010 when we sold out both days, we were snapped about to dig in to a cake...

Chief Airyfairy Laura nervously pitched up at BBC Radio Manchester's studios for the 'Business Boast' section of Steve Saul's show. They're now going to be following us as we move in and open our new shop!

Industry magazine (and bible to many) asked for the Chief's say-so on our gluten free products as part of a much wider look in to gluten free offerings and the baking industry. An interesting read and features our Chief Fairy.
