Cupcake Decorating - Piping Techniques

Cupcake Decorating Class - 1.5 - 2 hours - £30.

If you've ever admired our cupcakes and wanted to recreate them at home, then this is the class for you!

During the 2 hour class, you'll have free reign of the Airyfairy Cake Boutique's 'Dressing Room', a specially designed kitchen just for making cupcakes and cakes as pretty as can be!

The Airyfairies will provide you with tea and cake as well as teach you techniques which you can do at home, using simple decorating tools. At the end of the workshop you'll get to take home a gift wrapped half a dozen of your own creations!

You'll learn to:

colour, spread and pipe buttercream in three different techniques
use sprinkles and edible goodies
find out all the AIryfairy secrets!
all materials are provided, including our very own 'naked' Airyfairycupcakes to dress up and be devoured

Our classes are intentionally kept small (8 -10 maximum) so that you get full attention from the tutor throughout.
